You send your 11 year old to church camp. She comes back with a new crush. (Came home Friday). Take her to church (not your church) on Sunday evening for the closing events for the week’s camp and she’s practically flying because she gets to see THE boy. Take her out to eat after program and watch the text mmessages start flying. By the time we leave the restaurant, she has a boyfriend. Gotta laugh cause she didn’t even know his last name at that point. And of course this was ALL through a mutual friend. OH, and I love this—-she asked my permission to be his girlfriend. 
They’re 11. They don’t go to the same school or the same church. How long will a text relationship between 2 eleven year olds last? So sure honey, you and have your first boyfriend. awwww
But really…….can I have my little girl back now?
